Installation of the lift and introduction
Punctually on the agreed installation date, your stairlift will be installed cleanly and reliably by two HAWLE service technicians within one day.
Immediately afterward you will receive detailed instructions on how to operate your stairlift, so that you can use it immediately without hesitation.
FAQ for installation:
A stair lift can be installed in almost any staircase. The rails are individually adapted to the respective stair situation.
Stairs should be 70 to 100 cm wide so that the stairs can be used as an escape route in an emergency.
Whether you have a staircase made of wood, marble, stone or other materials. We have the appropriate fastening material and tools for mounting on the steps.
Depending on the structure, wall mounting is also possible.
If teh handrail or banister must be removed or displaced by the custommer depends to the construction conditions. This is also clarified during the on-site inspection with the field service.
The installation of a stairlift up to 3 floors will be done in one day by 2 Hawle–Service technicians.
At an outdoor lift the duration depends on several circumstances for example hillside, ground and weather. Depending on the complexity and a length of 20 meters or more, 2 days are estimated.
The packaging material is taken away by the service technicians and disposed of properly. Of course you will find your stairs in a clean and proper condition after assembly.
